I've never written a bad review, but after dealing with this BS, I feel like it's necessary to warn other people. Before I moved to Willow Ridge, the reviews were not this bad, but now, going back to read them, I couldn't agree more with the one-star reviews. The apartment safety is definitely a joke.
- My car was broken into
- My packages were stolen 3 times
-The lug nuts to my tires were taken off on a separate occasion
- There are still homeless people dumpster diving, EVEN with the gates fixed
- Random people who don't live in the complex will use the pool and leave a mess
- Managers are hard to reach and always leave early
- The cleaning fees are ridiculous because no matter how clean you leave it, they charge you a cleaning fee that takes half of your deposit.
I reached out to the regional managers about the safety issues and followed up multiple times to resolve it. They gave me the runaround, and it ended with me wanting to leave to find a new place. I understand that I'm not the only person they (regional managers/onsite managers) are dealing with, but how hard can it be to communicate about issues like this?
If you can find somewhere else to live, I HIGHLY recommend that you do so. You don't want to live at Willow Ridge!!
