I’ve been living at willow ridge for about 2 years and it’s been great. A major improvement since Nico became manager. Appreciate the effort he and the rest of the staff put to make this a good community. I recommend living here great prices too

Pros: The price is affordable. Cons: There is often a sewage smell outside and sometimes even inside the apartment. The area also has constant traffic, and since the airport is nearby the jets can be very loud and occasionally set off car alarms. I’ve also noticed plumbing odors at times and the toilets seem to build up bacteria. Overall, the price is good, but the noise and odor issues can make day-to-day living here frustrating and unhealthy. It may work if you're looking for a cheaper place to live.

I've been living here for a year now and the area is great very close to shopping centers and convenient stores. Love how involved the staff is when it comes to questions and concerns. Nico in the office is always a big help.

I had a great experience working with the team at Willow Ridge Apartments in Clovis. Nico was especially helpful throughout the process. Very professional, responsive, and patient with all of my questions. He made everything feel smooth and stress free. Although I ultimately found something a little more affordable, I truly appreciated the time and effort Nico put into helping me. If you’re considering Willow Ridge, I definitely recommend asking for him!

Though I ended up deciding to postpone moving from my current living situation, I had a great experience seeing this property and would definitely recommend it. Nico was beyond professional and transparent with the requirements, with what it's like living at willow ridge and with why it's the perfect choice if looking in the Clovis area.

Checked out Willow Ridge Apartments and had a really good experience. The place was clean, quiet, and in a good area. Big shoutout to Nico he was a big help and made the whole process easy. He answered all my questions and was super chill, no pressure at all. I ended up finding something a little more affordable elsewhere, but I really appreciated the help and would definitely recommend checking this place out.

I had a great experience touring the apartment complex, especially working with Nico, who was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the process. The property was clean, well-maintained, and the amenities were impressive and inviting. While I ultimately chose a different community due to better pricing for my budget, I appreciated the positive experience and would definitely recommend this complex to others.

Soooo are we supposed to lock up our tires too? Yeah try calling the security, they won’t show up literally for anything. Maybe if ALL the gates worked these people wouldn’t get in as easy and steal our stuff! This isn’t the first time either, go back a year and look at all the reviews. I would like to add that the office and maintenance staff are amazing. However, whoever owns the property continues to neglect this issue.
