I had a great experience working with the team at Willow Ridge Apartments in Clovis. Nico was especially helpful throughout the process. Very professional, responsive, and patient with all of my questions. He made everything feel smooth and stress free. Although I ultimately found something a little more affordable, I truly appreciated the time and effort Nico put into helping me. If you’re considering Willow Ridge, I definitely recommend asking for him!

Checked out Willow Ridge Apartments and had a really good experience. The place was clean, quiet, and in a good area. Big shoutout to Nico he was a big help and made the whole process easy. He answered all my questions and was super chill, no pressure at all. I ended up finding something a little more affordable elsewhere, but I really appreciated the help and would definitely recommend checking this place out.

I had a great experience touring the apartment complex, especially working with Nico, who was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the process. The property was clean, well-maintained, and the amenities were impressive and inviting. While I ultimately chose a different community due to better pricing for my budget, I appreciated the positive experience and would definitely recommend this complex to others.

I’ve lived here for awhile now and it’s been solid. Having lived in a few different apartments and no apartment is perfect but I’ve truly appreciated the management staff over the year. Probably dealt with the assistant manager Nico most and appreciate the urgency at which he’s taken care of any question or problem I might have.

I was appartment hunting and came across Willow Ridge Appartments. I was extremly impressed by the professionalism of the management (Nico). From the initial tour Nico has been incredibly responsive and attentive to all my needs and questions. Nico was courteous, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure I comfortable and satisfied. It's clear that he took pride in his work and genuinely care about the community he manage.

The manager, Jasmine, was really helpful through the entire process. Any questions I had she answered, she was very patient and polite. Which helped make my entire move a bit less stressful. Something that I was not expecting is there is not light in the bedroom, you have to bring your own, also the gate around the apartments don’t close at night unfortunately.

Overall pricing and apartment were great, I stopped by today with no appointment right before they closed and Jasmine was nice enough to stay and show me around. My only complaint was that the gates dont work and she couldnt give an answer when they would be working again.

I've lived in multiple apt complexes over the years but I must say that Amber has been a huge breath of fresh air in terms of dealing with office staffs. She's as helpful and polite as anyone I've come across.

The change of ownership wasn't the most pleasant experience but then I recently had the pleasure of meeting one of the new leasing managers, Amber, and thank God for her!!! She has the best and most positive attitude! She's super kind and extremely patient! Anyone who has lived in apts know it's not always fun when you have to call the managers office about something needing to be fixed or addressed and no matter how many times I've bothered her at the office she's always been sweet, understanding and most of all empathetic. It's hard to find people with good solid customer service skills and I can tell she's got it. I had an issue with the AC and Fresno heat is no joke and because my AC has had issues in previous years, I was anxious but she did everything she could to communicate to me during the process and resolution. Sometimes things are out of our hands and theirs but her understanding and tone made all the difference. Not only did she take my many calls lol but she did it with grace. So if you're looking for an apt with a great manager, Amber is it! Willow Ridge has a gem on their hands and is lucky to have her as am I!

My stay with Willow Ridge started 3 years ago. I had just taken a position in Fresno and I was moving from nearly 2 hours away. At the time I was still rebuilding my credit (my score was terrible) and there was no way I would get approved. To top it off I had less than a week to find an apartment (and no one had vacancy's in my price range) my cousin recommended willow ridge and luckily they had a vacant 1b 1b cottage with washer and dryer. Anna was so patient with my situation and worked with me every step of the way. Any time there was an issue I used the app to put in maintenance requests, or pay my rent. I had a couple of issues on my end but Anna and Tiffany were always patient. Questions never went unanswered, even through Covid they were always kind. When it came time to move Anna did a great job at communicating and answering my questions. I will say seeing all the reviews made me really nervous because my deposit was a pretty big chunk. After expressing my apprehension, Anna took the time to explain and assured me I was in a good place. All I was charged for was the cleaning, the carpet replacement, and some paint. Even with a therapy dog I still got back a majority of my deposit. I will say I like to keep my residency looking like a model showroom home. That was the reason why I git my deposit back. I maintained my apartment very clean, and organized. I am giving 4 stars because I would have loved to have had the gates working. It really would have alleviated some of the homeless people going through the dumpsters, and the couple of break ins that happened when covid first hit. Other than that stay at willow ridge for 3 years was great.

Willow Ridge was the perfect place for our first apartment! We both go to Fresno State but wanted to find a quiet, safe place to live that was near campus. I always felt safe walking around and appreciated that the grounds were always kept so nice (landscapers come every week). The staff in the office were always helpful and professional and we spoke to Tabitha often. Maintanence would do safety inspections and promptly came to repair our garbage disposal and check our air conditioning unit when called. The laundry facility locks and is well-lit with windows and located right next to the office. I genuinely loved living here, and would recommend Willow Ridge to anyone looking for an apartment that is affordable and safe.
