I have never written a review before; However, I feel the need to warn families and individuals considering moving here, DO NOT do it! Look elsewhere! I lived at Willow Ridge for more than two years and my experience was horrible. At first, they were a safe, quiet and considered a gated community. After that first year, the gates have been opened since then causing numerous problems. At two in the morning Randoms will dig through the trashcans, my car has been broken into and our mail was stolen. I complained about the gates to the managers in the office and they told me it was in the process of being fixed, that was a YEAR AGO. Since many of the mail boxes had been broken into, they had us pick up our mail at the post office for the past 3 MONTHS NOW. It is very inconvenient and a hassle to go to the post office if you work full time. The property owner and managers in the office do very little for the people that live here, besides take your money any chance they get. The washers and dryers in the laundry facility are trash, they rarely work and like the managers, the machines will take your coins so donât expect a refund. This complex does not even deserve a star, but the maintenance guy does a good job getting to our requests quickly.
