We have lived here for 9 years. The management was very nice in the beginning until a couple of years back when they stopped doing checkups and such. The washing machines are mostly always broken but take money regardless. They've been doing checkups as we are currently moving but they're never on time. We've decided to move out and we told them 3 weeks prior but they said we had to pay for 2 months fully and took money out of our bank account. We aren't staying here for 2 months at all. We only had less than a month left to move but they still took the money. The management would not listen to us when we told them that we always pay our rent on time and we pay an extra 100 for something we didn't wanna sign. I'd seriously give them a worse review than 1 star if I could but this is Google maps. The management is just horrible and outright rude.

If I could give them a negative rating I would. New new manager is the worst. After being with them for 9 years, they treat us badly. And they wonât even do anything for us. Stay away from them. They overcharged for no reason

Had a couple hiccups with the mailbox keys moving in initially but it's been great since then. I've lived in multiple apt complexes over the years but I must say that Amber has been a huge breath of fresh air in terms of dealing with office staffs. She's as helpful and polite as anyone I've come across.

The change of ownership wasn't the most pleasant experience but then I recently had the pleasure of meeting one of the new leasing managers, Amber, and thank God for her!!! She has the best and most positive attitude! She's super kind and extremely patient! Anyone who has lived in apts know it's not always fun when you have to call the managers office about something needing to be fixed or addressed and no matter how many times I've bothered her at the office she's always been sweet, understanding and most of all empathetic. It's hard to find people with good solid customer service skills and I can tell she's got it. I had an issue with the AC and Fresno heat is no joke and because my AC has had issues in previous years, I was anxious but she did everything she could to communicate to me during the process and resolution. Sometimes things are out of our hands and theirs but her understanding and tone made all the difference. Not only did she take my many calls lol but she did it with grace. So if you're looking for an apt with a great manager, Amber is it! Willow Ridge has a gem on their hands and is lucky to have her as am I!

I am currently a tentant residing here. Even though i haven't been here long, its been a safe environment so far. The broken gates does concern me safety wise but besides that it has been smooth sailing. This is mainly due to the people working the front office. Amber has made the process of moving in such a lovely experience for me. She has a friendly and welcoming attitude every time I see her. I had called the office many times with questions and had toured the apartment site multiple times trying to see which complex best suited me, which she took the time to help me through every question and concern. I could see her passion in this field and how much time she has spent gathering and studying information that is useful for us (clients). She has been open and honest with me from the start. A significant reason why I chose to reside at Willow Ridge Apartments is because of how well she did her job.

There are serious safety concerns at this complex. The gates have never worked in the 5 years I have lived here. This means homeless people roam the complex and dig through the dumpsters throughout the day and night. I have personally had both of my vehicles vandalized here. Last week 1/13/24 I discovered my car to have racist slurs and vulgar images drawn in the dust while it was parked inside the complex (obviously open because there are not gates). This week on 1/15/24 Someone drilled a hole in the gas tank of my truck (which was parked in my assigned covered stall) to steal gas which ended up costing me $1500 to repair and all the management could say was sorry. There is nothing to prevent someone from doing it again. We have had multiple Amazon packages stolen from our front door step and management knows this is a problem. One was just stolen today 1/19/24. I'm giving 2 stars because the front office and maintenance are nice people, but this is not a safe place to live.
