Overall pricing and apartment were great, I stopped by today with no appointment right before they closed and Jasmine was nice enough to stay and show me around. My only complaint was that the gates dont work and she couldnt give an answer when they would be working again.

These apartments are well kept and the management was very friendly and welcoming especially Jasmine, she gave me all the information I needed and went through everything thoroughly in case I had any questions. Great communication.

Please don't come here. • There is no parking. Guests are parking in designated stalls and security is of no assistance. Once everyone is off work in the evening, there is no parking inside except for the street. • The gates are nonfunctional and the side gate on Willow has been broken for a month now. The newsletter in February 2024 said they would work on fixing the gates but that has been a complaint on all the past reviews for many years with no progress. A neighbor informed me my car alarm was going off for hours; most likely because someone may have touched it. My battery died. • There are constantly police cars on the corner of Willow & Gettysburg. There was an evening cops were running throughout the complex searching for someone. • Packages go missing with delivery because the house numbers are doubled throughout the complex. You live in 110? There is also another 110 on the other side. They have a delivery system where the staff in the leasing office will text you if they receive your packages, but they are closed weekends. Office occasionally closes for odd periods of times during the day (11-1). Your best hope is to ship to a locker. • Church groups constantly coming through to pass out papers. Obviously would be controlled if the gates are functional. Otherwise, the washer/dryer 2x2 complex is not too bad. For the price, this is pretty much the ghetto part of Clovis.

This place has turn into a dumpster fire. I definitely would avoid this place at all cost! Lack of communication from management, mail theft, auto theft, burglaries, kitchen appliances frequently broken, and toilets hardly flush and maintenance can’t do anything bout the issue.

I would avoid this place at all costs. You are better off going to the other three complexes on the same cross streets. We thought the new management company would bring positive change, but boy, we were wrong. We have office staff who don't respect or listen to their tenants. Who tell us different things whenever we try to get information. If you are the person coming into apartment 116, I would push your move-in date back as they are flipping the apartment over in little to no time. When we moved in the paint hadn't fully dried. While packing up to move, we found several things stuck to the paint. Don't put yourself in my shoes and avoid this place. One thing to note for prospective tenants is that management requires a 60 days notice but will not give you your new rate until 30 days before your lease ends. So, if you don't like the new rate, you will stuck paying it anyway.

This apartment’s safety is a joke. These two pictures of tenants getting ALL FOUR TIRES stolen and left on bricks are a week apart (end of July to the first week of August). My wife’s car broken into again last night (8/8) as well, even with nothing in it to take. We pay for amenities that we do not receive. I know my wife has attempted to reach out multiple times during our years living here over this consistent issue of the gates not working and security being nonexistent. I mean we barely just got the mailboxes back after months because the post office refused to come here with the mail being stolen! We have attempted to contact those above the onsite management again asking for a solution towards all of our safety or to refund us or give us a rent discount for the amenities that we all pay for and are not receiving. I will add it’s not this new onsite management’s fault. If anything, Jasmine has given us more information on who to contact than the previous management.
