I was appartment hunting and came across Willow Ridge Appartments. I was extremly impressed by the professionalism of the management (Nico). From the initial tour Nico has been incredibly responsive and attentive to all my needs and questions. Nico was courteous, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure I comfortable and satisfied. It's clear that he took pride in his work and genuinely care about the community he manage.

We stopped in to gather some info about renting here. We were greeted with the upmost professional customer service. The staff was super friendly. Jasmine was able to answer all of our question with such professionalism. We cant wait to be able to make this move! 10/10 for customer service from her.

Went in to see about renting an apartment. Jasmine was on top of all of our question and made the process a breeze. 10/10 for her customer service. I have a friend who lives here and from her advise I chose to come and check it it for myself. I will be back to finish to process and hopefully make Willow Ridge my new home.

The location is great. The property manager Jasmine needs some new communication skills and learn how to talk to tenants. She is disrespectful if you address any issues that involve her. I feel sorry for her neighbors cause when she is mad she constantly slams her front door and stomps on her floor. She has no respect for people around her or under her. She refuses to talk to you if you want to address anything. The assistant in the office is nice and the maintenance team is nice. The prior management was great. Some issues with porch pirates but other than that it’s quiet area.

old property manager was great no issues or complaints, should have listen to the old office assistant when she said this new manager jasmine was unprofessional and rude. I learned the hard way, she is beyond nasty. I asked her one thing and she flipped out on me and was nothing but disrespectful from that day on to the point where i had to leave. maintenance is great and the other office assistant he's very nice as well. i probably would still be living there if Jasmine never came. Try to communicate with her she says nothing she can do and that she doesn't have anything to say. she lived right above me and would purposely drop things after trying to talk to her and would yell in my window she was home and slam her door. Sad i had to leave but i'm happy to be out.

The manager, Jasmine, was really helpful through the entire process. Any questions I had she answered, she was very patient and polite. Which helped make my entire move a bit less stressful. Something that I was not expecting is there is not light in the bedroom, you have to bring your own, also the gate around the apartments don’t close at night unfortunately.

The entire process was so easy and seamless. The property manager Jasmine’s customer service is unmatched 10 out of 10 recommend thanks again Jasmine!!! I moved in November 15th and things have been questionable to say the least. I would not be so fast to try to rent here!!! I live in a one bed one bath downstairs here is a honest review the water running from the upstairs apt sounds like the pipes are exposed it is so loud. The neighbors are very judgmental and make you feel unwelcome. The roof is made out of plywood and I’m afraid if someone jumps to hard they will fall through the roof. The floor boards squeak so load it should be against the law especially at 8am on a Saturday. The manager insisted I pay my renters insurance month to month I paid for a whole year and strange small thing have come up missing in my apart in this short time living her. I would not recommend this community to single woman you will be taken advantage of 🙃 0 out of 10 do not recommend.
