This place is an absolute health hazard, roaches everywhere and none of it has ever been addressed. This apartment complex is practically owned by roaches. We have homeless people breaking into trash bins, and potheads smoking. The place reeks of weed, whatever you do. Do not move here.

I had a great experience looking for an apartment. The manager Nico was very attentive and knowledgeable who made the whole process easy and stress-free. His communication and guidance was amazing. I can see he cares about his work and wants to make guests feel comfortable.

I’ve lived here for awhile now and it’s been solid. Having lived in a few different apartments and no apartment is perfect but I’ve truly appreciated the management staff over the year. Probably dealt with the assistant manager Nico most and appreciate the urgency at which he’s taken care of any question or problem I might have.

Lived there for a short time but the assistant manager Nico always helped me with any problems I had at the complex. Nico was always there even when no one else was super helpful.

This place provides horrible services and very unprofessional! Broken gate, homeless, and druggies hanging out on the premises during night time, very unsafe for children and women! And most importantly, the office manager lies about the lease agreement! Please find some where else to live happily!

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! There is constant break ins, and the office does not care about resolving any problems you have! At my time here my refrigerator failed TWICE and neither times was I reimbursed for groceries. The security gates don't work so anyone is welcome to walk on the property hence the constant break ins. there are also several stray cats that roam the apartments so expect to smell cat piss every where you walk. The rent is NOT worth the apartment at all... and let me not forget to mention that when we lived here our PGE bills would be 400-500 dollars a month and we were hardly ever even home during peak hours to use any electricity. I moved down the street from there for 600$ less and use the same amount of energy and my PGE is now only 100$! I would not recommend this place to anyone!
