Soooo are we supposed to lock up our tires too? Yeah try calling the security, they wonât show up literally for anything. Maybe if ALL the gates worked these people wouldnât get in as easy and steal our stuff! This isnât the first time either, go back a year and look at all the reviews. I would like to add that the office and maintenance staff are amazing. However, whoever owns the property continues to neglect this issue.

This place is an absolute health hazard, roaches everywhere and none of it has ever been addressed. This apartment complex is practically owned by roaches. We have homeless people breaking into trash bins, and potheads smoking. The place reeks of weed, whatever you do. Do not move here.

I had a great experience looking for an apartment. The manager Nico was very attentive and knowledgeable who made the whole process easy and stress-free. His communication and guidance was amazing. I can see he cares about his work and wants to make guests feel comfortable.

Iâve lived here for awhile now and itâs been solid. Having lived in a few different apartments and no apartment is perfect but Iâve truly appreciated the management staff over the year. Probably dealt with the assistant manager Nico most and appreciate the urgency at which heâs taken care of any question or problem I might have.

Lived there for a short time but the assistant manager Nico always helped me with any problems I had at the complex. Nico was always there even when no one else was super helpful.

This place provides horrible services and very unprofessional! Broken gate, homeless, and druggies hanging out on the premises during night time, very unsafe for children and women! And most importantly, the office manager lies about the lease agreement! Please find some where else to live happily!
